We are primarily a members buying club, so joining as a member unlocks the lower members prices.

Non-members are of course welcome to buy at non-members prices.

We have two membership options. Most customers go for the Annual Membership which costs €60 per year and is an annual recurring charge. That works out at less than €5 per months to make unlimited savings. We also offer a monthly membership which costs €10 per month and is billed monthtly.

Membership unlocks lower pricing on our huge range of organic, healthy and sustainable groceries. Usually a saving of 20% or more versus RSPs.

We guarantee you actually make savings by calculating the savings made on orders completed during an annual membership versus RRPs and if the savings are less than the annual membership paid, we will credit your account with the difference on renewal.

When we are shipping orders, we want to minimise the carbon impact of these orders. It doesn’t make sense from a resource utilisation and carbon usage perspective to ship one or two items, even if you are willing to pay a delivery charge. We have such a wide range of products that we are confident that ordering €50 should not be a challenge for our members. It also helps us keep our prices as low as possible.

We aim to have a “better” version of everything you can buy in mainstream grocery outside of fresh, chilled, frozen and alcohol. We choose brands that put people and the planet on a par with profit and are committed to quality, health and sustainability. You can see a full list of our brands on the About Us page.

If you find an identical product to that on our site, a lower price, we will issue your account credit with the difference in value provided the product was being sold at full price and not at a discount or multibuy offer. A photograph or screengrab is required as proof of availability of lower priced products.

Our delivery partner usually delivers within two days of collection from us. If you order before midnight, we will pick and pack the next working day and send to our delivery partner who will deliver either the next working day or the one after. So, order on Working Day 1 for delivery Working Day 3 or 4.

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us with your order number. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or supplied in error.
For return of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items please notify us within 30 days. We will offer a replacement or refund, including postage costs where applicable.

If you have an audience and The Better Market purpose aligns with your goals, we would love to hear from you. Yes, our cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable, or you can use them to store Christmas decorations, last year’s receipts or make a nifty spaceship for the kids.

You can receive €10 credit on your account and €15 off your friend’s membership by referring them to us. Please send their contact details through the contact section of the website or ask us for a referral code. Credit will only be issued when the referred customers sign up to annual membership.
